Logistics and Distribution
All products are made to order, meaning they are created after they have been ordered. We generally do not keep an inventory of already produced goods in the warehouse. All orders of United States antique reproduction furniture are shipped out as soon as possible in the order that they are received.
We will be there with you each step of the way. As your furniture is nearing time to be shipped, we will email or call you with updated information. Once it has shipped, we will email you with the tracking number and the telephone number of the freight center in your area where it will arrive.

Furniture is all shipped from United States. We ship the items in 20′ containers most of the time. A shipping charge is added to the total of the order prior to shipment. Most orders take 3-10 working days to arrive after they have been shipped. This does not include the time it takes to manufacture the products.
The furniture is shipped typically by our crew, depending on what the order contains and where it will be going. This is paid for at the time the merchandise is paid for. Smaller items are shipped via UPS and they will deliver right to your door.
